INFORMATION ON DEADLINES AND CONTENTS OF PROJECT PHASES
Detailed description of each phase of the project::
- Preparation: getting acquainted with the project, visiting the site and securing the source materials
- Interior design – study: processing of art sketches in variants, presentation of models in variants
- Elaboration of the documentation for interior design: processing of technical documentation for production
- Elaboration of the documents for finding and ordering the building from the contractor: creation of the budget and the materials needed in order to find a contractor
- Cooperation during the execution of the work (author and technical supervision): inspection and visit of buildings and workshops
The price does not include possible prices of measuring the interiors. The remuneration also does not include model creation.
The travel costs associated with possible road trips by car to the construction site are charged at CZK 7 / km. Prices are stated without 20% VAT.
The starting dates of the work on the projects range from 1 to 2 months from the acceptance of the offer.
The processing time for all parts of the project phases ranges from 6 to 12 months.
