I will provide a project price proposal after a personal meeting, during which you can tell me what you need. I establish a basic fee proposal based on an estimate of the time required and the complexity of the work. I take into account the scope of the project and the number of team members needed. When determining the project price, I consider the recommendations of the fee guidelines of the relevant chamber of architects in the given country. All the services included are depicted in the section on content of the project and legislature.
The fee payable for the design is worked out individually for each client, and presented in the form of a written proposal. For a tender to be worked out, a personal meeting needs to be arranged, where the scope and the nature of the order can be clarified. A processing fee is charged for preparing a proposal, based on the size of the project and the complexity of the proposal. I will inform you of the exact amount of the processing fee during our in-person meeting. If we subsequently agree to work together, the processing fee will be deducted from the total project cost. The processing fee must be paid in advance.
The basic fee is then used to determine the fees payable for the individual stages of the project.
- preparation of the tender: 3% of the basic fee
- design study of the building: 18% of the basic fee
- preparation of the documentation for the area management/building administration: 36% of the basic fee
- preparation of the documentation for construction: 25% of the basic fee
- preparation of background papers for selecting a supplier and contract letting: 6% of the basic fee
- cooperation during construction (author and technical supervision): 12% of the basic fee
