project holisticho hotelu ve španělském El Palol

Holistic project of BIO-hotel El Palol in the Spain - a centre for developing a person’s physical, mental and spiritual characteristics. The reconstruction and completion of the original El Palol monastery by the River Fluvia in Catalonia into a hotel with ecological features. The idea of the whole work considers the spiritual, mental and physical qualities of each person. On a spiritual level, the project works with the client's inspiration, for example, the main idea of the project was captured in the clay modelling forms together with the client. On a mental level, the humanistic intent of the project refers to cooperation with the spirit of the place and with the elementary beings of the place, for example, boundary stones were laid around the entire property together with the client in a ceremonial gesture. It is a way of communicating with the elementary beings and expressing the intent of the soul. On a physical level, the project is very environmentally considerate, for example, all heating needed for operating the hotel is obtained from solar panels and all interior plaster comes from local clay. Pozemky nové waldorfské základní school, method, lycea a mateřské školky

Landscaping for the new Waldorf elementary school, lyceum and nursery school in Prague, Jinonice, through the definition of common boundaries using corner stones. The birth of new ideas and projects is always associated with inspiration from higher spiritual worlds. In order for these inspirations to be anchored well to the ground, we must cooperate and communicate with the local elementary beings. This is why the corner stone ritual takes place. This is a sign to the local elementary beings that a new task is coming. From this ritual, they are able to deduce there is a new owner with a new objective. They then help the new owner to fulfil this objective. So, together with the parents and teachers, we surrounded the school property and established a connection with the spirit of the place. Our wish is the establishment of the new Waldorf school area here. Project pictures

project komplexní reconstruction činžovního house společnosti Maitrea

Complex apartment building reconstruction for Maitrea into a Personal development house. The building is situated in the centre of Prague near the Old Place Square in Týnská ulička  6. The building consists of a vegetarian restaurant, alternative lecturing and information centre, meditation rooms, offices and flats. The project has been designed in an integrated way including geomancy and feng-shui. The building procedures and materials used come from the principles of bau-biology. Clay plaster and healthy radiant wall heating is used throughout the entire house. Fine energy was inspected inside the house in terms of geomancy, for example, Bovis energy, ground water geopathogenic zones and the house was also connected with sacred Prague energy lines. A small stone ring, which harmonizes the entire building, is located in the basement in the floor of the restaurant. Several harmonizing rituals for the house being and local spirit were carried out during the construction. For more information on the building, please visit the Maitrea website. | Project pictures

consultation geomancy a feng shui

Consulting geomancy and feng-shui prior to the construction of the standardized family house. A running ground water line was pinpointed on site. I avoided the directions of these lines when designing the house by placing the beds in the layout outside these lines. The result was a house which has a very fine interior climate. Geomancy spaceu náměstí ve Vlachově Březí

Design of the pavement of a square in the Vlachovo Březí region in South Bohemia. I started visiting the countryside surrounding the small town of Vlachovo Březí in 1987. Hence, I was delighted when I was asked to develop a new design for the pavement of the main square. The idea behind the segmentation of the pavement was to ‘print’ the energetic vital lines onto the pattern of the pavement. As I have discovered during my geomantic investigations, most of these vital ley lines are headed towards an energetic point in front of the altar in a church which stands on the square. This is the first case in the Czech Republic where the energetic geomantic features of the landscape are being integrated, using modern methods, into a specific project (the details can be found in the section on geomancy and feng shui). See the pictures of this project.

project átriového low-energy rodinného house The low-energy atrium family house project was inspired by Japanese architectural elements. The main idea behind the house was to arrange the rooms around the inner garden, which comes from the principles of holistic architecture and feng-shui. The building proportions come from the sacred geometry of the tree of life. The location of the building and property and interior zoning avoid present geopathogenic zones. The bedrooms and beds are situated outside the ground water line and outside the Hartmann and Curry line zones. Only healthy building material was used to build the house. The load-bearing structure is made of wood, cut on suitable days according to solar and lunar rhythm. Unfired bricks are used for frame walls. The room walls and ceilings have clay plaster. The roof is thermally insulated with a 30 cm thick layer of corn straw. The outer walls are insulated with a 30 cm thick Hofatherm wooden fibre insulation and a 5 cm reed mat with external lime plaster. Ventilated all-wood floors are insulated with a 30 cm layer of hemp straw. The retaining walls and foundations of the house are made of sandstone. The windows and doors are made of massive oak. All wooden surfaces have a wooden oil finish. The entire building has a maintenance-free green roof.  Project pictures

Low-energy family domek

The Low-energy family house in Chrustenice contains principles of geomancy and feng-shui. At the beginning of the construction we celebrated the laying of the corner-stone together with the owner. It is a traditional method of establishing cooperation with the local elementary beings. It is a celebrative ritual on how to harmonize with the fine energy of the local spirit. With his or her behaviour and new objectives, each person creates new relationships with the elementary beings. The laying of the corner-stone is an act, during which the owners come together with the help of these beings that will help live their lives in this house.  We celebrated the corner-stone laying ritual together with the children and relatives of the owners. The corner-stone is placed deep beneath the floor of the house. When being laid, it was symbolically covered with soil, sprinkled with water, fumes from scented candles and lit by candle flame. Celebrative verses were read for the place along with acknowledging all beings associated with the place. Several years have past since the completion of the house. To this day, the owners are happy and live well inside the house.     Project pictures

project low-energy rodinného house Low-energy family house in Lány. From the beginning, we approached the land together with owner with inner humbleness and respect. When the owner purchased the land, we held a celebration to define the area. We walked around the boundary of the property and poured it with salt and water. The elementary spirit of the place thus establishes a connection with the new owner. Salt cleans fine energy and its crystals connect the place with the soul of helpful elementary beings. Water connects the soul of the area with the human soul. After the construction of the house began, a celebration for the laying of the corner-stone was held. Celebrative verses were read while laying the corner-stone, all beings connected with the place were thanked and the owners stated what they wish to experience in the house. Each similar ritual is a very private and personal matter. It is a beneficial act establishing an intimate connection between the human and soul of the property and house. Project pictures
project house chráněného housing pro mentálně postižené Protective housing for the mentally ill in Slapy for the Portus citizen-action public. The construction of the protective housing has a social nature and therefore the project was established in a social manner. I lead the design process to include working in groups so thoughts would be mutually shared, to reach a collective agreement. Connecting with the mood of the land was also important. Therefore, a celebration of the local soul was held at the beginning of the project. Together with the caretakers and future residents, we joined hands and sang a celebrative song for the property. Everyone therefore focused on the building site. People often came to the site and devoted their interest. Several mentally ill patients are currently happy living in the house. Project pictures

project low-energy house

Low-energy house project near Tábor including geomancy and feng shui. Floor plan picture of the ground floor with the flow of ground water lines. We discovered lines above the emission of ground water on the property. We staked the lines and a geodesist entered them into the property plan. When designing the floor plan layout, I made the arrangement in such a way that the emission of ground water was aligned with the outer walls and partition walls. This way beds can be placed in areas with neutral energy. Inhabitants can rest better at night, because their body fluid is not disrupted in the night by resonance from the moving ground water, which constantly moves beneath the ground. All beds are installed so the person lying has a full wall behind him and has a good view of the entrance door to the room. The house has very fine and calm energy and the interiors have a good effect on the residents’ psyche. Project pictures

study nového pavilonu Motolské nemocnice

Research for a new pavilion – summerhouse in the garden of the Motol Hospital. The project was established based on a request from the hospital management to create garden elements which could harmoniously supplement outside areas of the hospital complex and independent green meadows surrounding the buildings. The pavilion is designed as a meditation area with a water fountain in the middle. The shapes, sizes and proportions of all wooden parts of the construction follow the so-called golden ratio. The roof of the pavilion gives the feel of an arch above one’s head. The curve of this structure is partially spirals from the golden ratio. Parts of the structure which have these proportions and shapes absorb regenerating vital energy. This study has remained unrealized due to insufficient funds. If you are interested in the pavilion project, we are looking for an investor. Our goal is to build a pavilion as a sacred relaxation area. Project pictures

Energetické mapy údolí Motol Energy maps of the Motol Valley. The aim of the "Healthy hospital" project is to prepare designs leading to harmonizing the overall environment and thereby improving the treatment process. Energy studies for the region of the Motol Faculty Hospital in Prague are a foundation for further consideration regarding the suitability and adequacy of human behaviour when planning arrangements for the given location. The levels of our understanding and experience of the location in terms of a survey, both visible and less graspable. The goal is to map and recognize and name fine-material characteristics for the given territory and offer possible solutions in the form of studies. The result should contemplate green architecture, park arrangements, visual art, small structures and the humanization of the inner and outer environment. Project pictures
house s pečovatelskou službou Nursing home in Prague 5 - Zličín. (floor plan picture inscribed in a regular hexagon).  The basic floor plan shape forms the capital letter U. The shape of the building is inspired by the arrangement of Czech monastery building layouts. The garden and courtyard are open on the south side and are filled with sun throughout most of the day. There is a chapel in the middle of the garden. The aesthetics following the proportions of the golden ratio and the proportions of a regular hexagon played a significant role in the building design. All building dimensions have mutually harmonious proportions. I held a celebrative ritual with several friends at the beginning of the construction. The suburban area of Prague – Zličín, where the building is erected is a region with a high level of ground water. I sensed the local being and devoted my attention to it. It is an undine with a relation to local marshes. I gave this elementary element an ornament on the topic of flowing water, a cosmogram – a colourful ornament placed and created in the centre of the chapel.

project low-energy rodinného house

Low-energy family house near Prague including geomancy and feng-shui.  The house stands on an irregularly shaped plot. Therefore I decided to recommend the investor to place four corner stones near the boundaries of the property in the shape of a square. A regular shape was created around the house. The orientation of the square is via its sides directly towards the cardinal directions. The "chi" (life energy) is thus thickened and remains at the construction site. The next level of working with fine energy was to place corner stones on all four corners of the house. This took place as a small family celebration at the beginning of the construction. A radiesthetic definition of geopathogenic zones of ground water preceded the project. The house layout and furniture distribution avoids any ground water lines. Therefore a person can live healthy even at night and rest better.  Project pictures

Altán Pavilion in the park. The shape of the meditation pavilion comes from natural forms. The load-carrying ribs are shaped as part of the golden ratio. Individual parts of the pavilion are mutually towards each other subject to the golden ratio. The entire building therefore gives out a harmonious vibe. The archetype of the shape consists of an arch above the head partly closed, partly opened. You can choose where you feel better while resting in the pavilion. Project pictures
